Wake Up, Lead Up

ree

Hospitality’s wobbling. Too many teams are on autopilot, margins are thin, and guests can feel it.

I’ve run venues while stretched, pressed, and stressed, I know the drill. That’s exactly why I built The Hospitality Heroes Masterclass: eight tight modules to take managers from “keeping the lights on” to leading.

This isn’t theory. It’s moves you can use this week. We dig into industry-savvy thinking, self-awareness that kills blind spots, venue leadership that sets rhythm and standards, product discipline that protects margin, service leadership guests actually feel, values you use daily (not frame on the wall), team leadership without the drama, and recruitment that sticks.

Each module is simple by design: a short intro, one task to action now, field-tested tips, focused training, and a clear summary. Managers don’t need lectures, they need a playbook and accountability.

Why push training right now? Because learning isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s retention, performance, and profit.

94% of employees say they’d stay longer if you invest in their development. That’s not a soft signal; that’s churn you can prevent. Companies with a strong learning culture post far higher retention, up to a 57% uplift versus weak learning environments.

Build that muscle and you spend less time hiring and more time improving service.

Look at the UK picture.

Hospitality still carries real weight, 2.7 million jobs as of June 2025. When managers lead well, teams stick, standards rise, and local economies feel the benefit.

Why did I make this course?

I wanted to give my tips and tools that helped me be successful in my management career, available for all managers and leader over the world. I want standards at every establishment to be at the highest level and if standards aren’t high then I have the solution; My Masterclass

We built this masterclass around my H.E.R.O. values: heralding hospitality as a serious, place-making industry; focusing on the economics and employment impact; respecting and retaining people through daily development; and grabbing the opportunities that balance people and place.

I want managers to bring back pace, pride, and common sense, the stuff guests can feel in the room.

I’m not promising miracle turns in a week. I am promising a clean, practical route from manager to leader: tools, training, and tactics that future-proof your people and your place.

Because we appreciate you reading our blogs every week, here’s a genuine thank-you: take 50% off The Hospitality Heroes Masterclass when you enrol before the 31st  January 2026. Use code ‘TAOH50’ when you check out and get 50% off the course.

We hope you take advantage of this and keep learning to keep your leadership at its best.
