Woodland Townhouse Grand
A once-grand hotel is in desperate need of modernisation, but its owner, the Queen Bee, prefers the old ways, and dwindling guest numbers have left funds tight.
On a special day, both an inspector and an apprentice arrive to assess the hotel's future to see if it can reclaim its former glory and become a great place to work.
But when the staff accidentally mix up the apprentice and the inspector, unexpected adventures unfold. Their visits, along with encounters with the hotel's colourful team of employees, will ultimately shape the future of the hotel...

How it Began

Steven states that,
"A passion to educate the next generation with everyday life skills has been a driver of mine, since the birth of my twin daughters.
The importance of making your bed, answering a telephone with confidence, engaging in conversation, pouring a cup of coffee or even just helping someone with their bags - being human is to serve our fellow man and the simplicity of kindness - must never be underestimated."
There’s never been a children’s book quite like this — one that introduces kids to the vibrant, exciting world of hospitality in such a fun and engaging way.
The team behind The Hospitality Hero wanted to create something that would inspire the next generation early on, showing children that hospitality isn’t just a job, it’s a world full of creativity, teamwork, humanity and endless possibilities.
Sharing this amazing industry with young readers was a natural next step in our mission to reshape how hospitality is seen.
This book brings the magic behind the scenes to life and encourages kids to see hospitality as a place where they can dream big, be themselves, and have fun doing it.
